20% of total cost paid on booking. Secures your place on the departure.

80% due 1 week before departure. We'll send a reminder.

Depart
Show up. Everything else — guide, transport, gear — is handled.
Force majeure cancellation: if we cancel a departure due to severe weather or other force majeure, 100% of all payments are refunded — including deposit. No exceptions in either direction.

Most tours run May–October. High-alpine routes (Chaukhi Traverse, Tusheti–Khevsureti) open only once the snow clears, roughly late June. Shoulder months are quieter with cooler nights — bring warmer layers. We advise on current conditions when you book.
